Talk to your neighbors door-to-door We have 40 more days to make sure every voter turns out to vote YES to fund affordable housing. We’re meeting every Saturday between now and March 19th at 10am at ONE Northside, 4648 N Racine to go knock on doors and let people know how important it is to VOTE YES to fund affordable housing by amending the real estate transfer tax. First time canvassers are welcome! We always start with a training. Please note this Saturday, Feb. 10 we’ll be meeting at the Bezazian Library (1226 W. Ainslie). |

King of the North Basketball Tournament Saturday, March 2, 7pm Chase Park, 4701 N Ashland Registration Deadline: February 24 CP4P is hosting a youth 1v1 basketball tournament for ages 13-15 and 16-18. Join us for an interactive workshop to learn how Chicago can shift to newer, more affordable, and more efficient all-electric technologies in our buildings. We will also learn how to build support for new policies that can protect our health and our economic well being by phasing out fossil fuels in Chicago’s buildings–and how you can take part. These policies will deliver benefits like safer air to breathe and energy savings. All are welcome!

Seri Lee – Deputy Organizing Director
Seri (they/she) is a community organizer within the immigrant, racial, labor, and reproductive justice movements. Born and raised in the Chicago area, they grew up in a working-class mixed-status household, experiencing personally and within their family many of the issues they’re working to transform. Before joining ONE Northside, Seri worked at the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF) as their National Campaign & Membership Director.
Omar Dacres – CP4P Victim Advocate
Omar was born and bred in Rogers Park. He is passionate about fitness and wellness and wants to share that with the community in addition to providing excellent support to those who need it as our Victim Advocate. When he’s not at work, he is acting as Superdad to his three daughters.
Adrian Martinez – CP4P Outreach Worker
Adrian grew up in Rogers Park and has lived there his whole life. He is excited to give back to his community as CP4P’s newest Outreach Worker. When he’s not at work he loves to spend time with his kids.
