INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The District Council will provide an opportunity for public comment at regular and special meetings. The public comment session will be __ minutes long. Anyone interested in giving public comment should write their name on a card provided at the meeting and give it to the members of the District Council or staff in the meeting room any time within 30 minutes of the start of the meeting.
