This month we will have presenters from the Office of Emergency Management and Communications speak about their work. The department is responsible for protecting life by operating the public safety communications system through 911 operations, 311 services, Emergency Management, Traffic Management Authority, Public Alerts, and Outreach. We know many of you have expressed concern about poor response times to crime, this will give us a closer view of this issue, and work towards building better responses to crime.
