We’re hopeful to hear some positive news soon regarding the Leland Building and its foreclosure status. In the meantime, the next foreclosure hearing is scheduled for January 8th via Zoom. We plan to join the hearing with Leland tenants from the conference room at our new offices at 4750 N. Sheridan, Suite 200.
